An Analysis On The Employment Problems Of Female Students In Teachers College

Nowadays, there is an indisputable fact that graduates have difficulties in finding jobs. The employment of the female graduates has become the current focus of the whole society. Because the employment of the female graduates not only relate to the development of the female, the improvement of their status, but also reflects problems in such aspects as the economy of society and the value of people, etc, and directly influence the harmonious development of society. The female students in the local teachers college is a large and special group. Because of the influences on education system, majors and regional economy, they have significant differences when compared with the female students in colleges. So, paying more attention and doing related research for this group of students will not only help to solve the employment problems of the local teachers college, but also play an important role in maintaining the social stability.This article chooses one of the colleges in Leshan as an example, using data analyzing method, questionnaires, interviews, analyzing and comparing method to investigate the existing employment situation and problems of female students in the local teachers college, analyze the reasons and come up with solutions.In the first chapter, we find out the problem and make an analysis. Firstly, we analyze the background and raise questions. Through the research of the foreign and domestic articles and the exploration of the purpose and meaning to figure out the value of the research. Then we come up with the research method to certificate the research is viable and meanwhile we define the related concepts of the problem.In the second chapter, we use data analysis method and revisit one of the teachers colleges in Leshan to find out the employment situation of the female students who have graduated. Then, we combine the two parts to investigate the existing employment problems of female students in the local teachers college.In the third chapter, we analyze the reasons of employment problems from the following aspects:the society, the school and the female students themselves.In the forth chapter, the most important chapter of the paper, we make a research on the solutions based on the employment problems of female students in the local teachers college and our analyses. By changing the attitude, improving the system, reforming the teaching and education and thinking from the perspective of the female students, the special group of students can find the suitable jobs in the severe employment situation and finally realize their value.
