The Research On Lowest-low Fertility Phenomenon And It’s Influence

Recently more than10years, lowest-low fertility phenomenon as a new phenomenon in the global population has caused much concern, the UN Population Division one study showed that, now in the middle fertility level countries is projected to this century will appear negative population growth. In the near future, not only developed countries, more and more development also will be faced with lowest-low fertility phenomenon bring trouble. China is the country with the largest number of people on the earth, lowest-low fertility phenomenon deserve more attention. This paper focuses on the topic of lowest-low fertility phenomenon, based on the background and the reasons of this phenomenon and the current status and characteristics are summarized, on the basis of this, combined with the former research results, analysis of lowest-low fertility phenomenon to China’s future population development challenges, in addition, from population policy and planning and discusses the solution to this population phenomenon way. The main content of this paper includes four parts:the first part is associated with fertility of some basic concepts and related theories. The basic concept of general fertility rate, fertility rate, the replacement level and low fertility, before a few are demographic aspects of very common concept, finally a low fertility rate is one of the most important concepts in. Related theories are mainly classical demographic transition theory and in more and more attention to the " low fertility trap" theory. The second part is since founding a state, our country fertility change history, and in the low fertility level during the period of the current and the emergence of a new phenomenon--low fertility rate, and low fertility phenomenon. The third part is the analysis of lowest-low fertility phenomenon on the future of China’s population development influence. Population natural changes in growth as one of the most important aspects, the changes will affect the size of the population, the population structure and other demographic factors. Fertility first on the population scale changes have a direct impact, is decided by the population growth or negative population growth is one of the important factors; secondly on sex structure of population age structure and population impact, sex ratio of population problems and population aging population problem and the fertility level has a direct or indirect contact. The fourth part is a conclusion. This part is mainly from China’s future population development on the view of safety to lowest-low fertility phenomenon, solve the super low fertility problem are discussed.
