Study On The Fertility Desire Of Floating Population In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China's urbanization and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the number of floating population will continue to be maintained at the high level of 200 million.And as the main body of the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the major undertaker of the transfer of Beijing and Tianjin industries,Hebei has made further improvements in the economic strength,and thenumber of floating population continues to rise in recent years.With the deepening of social integration degree of the floating population,the prominence that the proportion of young people in floating population is rising,younger trend of floating population,their childbearing willing attitude is significant and vital for the releasing of the floating population reproductive potential,the increasing of the total fertility rate which is below the normal replacement level,and the improvement of large downward pressure of economy,the continuous declining of the labor and the situation of accelerating aging.At the same time,their fertility willingnessalso can reflect the implementation situation of the comprehensive national two child policy to some extent,and it also have a certain significance to further improve the relevant supporting measures about the policy.This article uses the data of fertility survey of the floating population in Hebei Province.The survey uses a combination of stratified sampling and random sampling to grasp the true fertility intention of the floating population in Hebei Province after one year of full-fledged two-child policy.In this paper,it makes a comprehensive literature review on the willingness about fertility of the floating population and the influencing factors of it at first,which clarifies the research focus of this paper and provides theoretical support for this paper.Secondly,this paper uses 468 copies of survey data about the fertility intentions of the floating population in Hebei Province,in 2017,.Through the detailed analysis and contrast of 468 sample data,it has been found that there is still a certain gap in the childbearing willingness between the floating population and the population in the ground,but with greater social integration of the floating population,the gap is gradually narrowing.On the birth gender preference,the gap between the floating population and the population in the ground is still large because of the difference between degree of economy,culture,social security,etc,but it is not very significant.Finally,from individual,family society and social integration four aspects respectively,the influence factors of the floating population childbearing willingness will be analysed through descripyive analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that the floating population's age,level of education,income,gender,and floating time household type will have a significant impact for the childbearing willingness.On the whole,the population of floating population in Hebei Province is higher than the local people,but it is already at a relatively low level.In gender preference,it still exists in the floating population,but the gender selection close to the local population has emerged.
