The Study Of Cultural Quality Education In Anhui University

Since the middle of the twentieth century, with the talent competition, most countries, especially developed countries, have paid more attention to the human overall development, and have released laws, regulations to reform the higher education in their countries. Since1980s, China Mainland started its higher education reforming. The Ministry of Education started its culture quality education of university students in1995.After more than ten years of exploration, promotion and creative work, we have made great achievement in culture quality education, then caused the changes such as personnel training concept. Anhui Province carry out the culture quality education in the end of the last century, with profound cultural history, formed the geographical characteristics of the cultural quality education. Anhui University was the only provincial "211" university in Anhui Province, and which belonging to the first group colleges of the students and cultural qualities of national education bases. In1994, Anhui University put forward "Equal Emphasis on Three Basic Level, Develop in the Round" Development mode, has made important achievements from education thoughts、talent training mode、educational system、 campus culture、teaching practice and other aspects.For to a certain degree, the study method and procedure is decided by study topic, this paper was a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and it mainly adopted some ways and means, such as history diagnoses、tex、investigation、 comparison and etc.This paper introduces the reason, content and approach of the study of culture quality education,annalyzes the definition of concept and connotation, and then clear the study object and scope. Secondly, from the Anhui University undergraduates questionnaire surveys, apply SPSS software to undertake statistical analysis, combined with observing the practice of the cultural quality education base, correcting data collection, understanding of Anhui University culture quality education implementation situation, found include leadership, teachers, students and management issues. Through the arrangement of material and theoretical analysis, to find the deep reasons. The article from the macro education thought, university spirit, university leaders, middle administrative staff and the majority of teachers, to the microcosmic talent training plan of the proposed strategy, strive for the school culture management and provide reference for the refom of quality education.
