Sprint belongs to competitive sport of physical. the level of physical training plays a fundamental and dominant role on athletic performance. In recent years. Men’s sprint in Sichuan province both individuals and groups keeps a good competitive level in the domestic relay. Especially the400m, it’s also onto the international arena. In4×400-meter final match of2010Guangzhou Asian Games. There were two athletes from Sichuan, and they achieved third place honors finally. Their training experience brings us new ideas and methods in sprint training. However, the level of their performance compared with the level of the world there are still some gaps.With development of modern sprint training more and more scientific and the improvement of the sprint, we put forward more and more high demand on physical fitness levels of athletes. Men’s sprint of Sichuan made so many outstanding results.Therefore, Their physical training methods are bound to have some reference. In order to development men’s sprint physical training level of Sichuan more effective, make the training more scientific and enhance sprint sports results. Based on the seven men, Sichuan province sprinter physical stamina training for the study, using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, and mathematical statistics method man sprint in Sichuan province, the physical stamina training method, the method, the evaluation index and affect the physical stamina training of all kinds of factors analysis and study on the final conclusions are as follows:(1)Sichuan male sprinter in height, weight and Quetelet. index in excellent sprinter and abroad is no big difference, and even some factors slightly better at home and abroad outstanding sprinter, shows the men’ sprint selection of Sichuan Province is a scientific, results mainly reflected the difference in the gap between the level of physical training.(2) Sichuan sprint coaches evaluate the level of physical training is commonly used indicators:150m run,300m run, standing jump, standing triple jump,60m squat run,30m squat run.(3) Sichuan men’s sprint physical training is commonly used:interval training, circuit training method, continuous training method, repeat the training method and transformation training method.(4) Sichuan men’s sprint training on the speed of the primary training of the quality of speed and movement speed, the specific means of operation are:small step to run, after the tread run, wheel running, downhill running, place the arm, uphill running, high leg lift,30-60m buildup and30-100m standing run. Training on reaction rate is relatively small.(5) Sichuan men’s sprint on a common means of strength training are: weigh resistance training exercises to overcome the elastic objects, strength training equipment and training to overcome its own weight.(6) Sichuan men’s sprint endurance training on a common means of:100m interval running,150m interval running,300m interval running, speed endurance training and step on the long jump and effective use of limited long-distance, to improve the acceleration of6an0m intermittent use of not more than running.(7) Sichuan man sprint training on commonly used means of recovery are:a variety of exercise classes exercises, stretching exercises, self-relaxation, hot-baths, physiotherapy and massage.(8)The effects of physical training on levels of factors such as: coaches, athletes factors factors and physical training instruction and arrangement.
