Through the Taijiquan Exercise at College Students’physique test indexes as the research object, by using the method of documentary, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the reflection of College Students’ body shape, physical function and physical quality of the physique health indicators are tested and analyzed before and after the experiment, analysis index change, exploration of Taijiquan exercise on College Students’physical health test indexes. This is of great significance for enhancing and improving college students’physical health, and also for the university developing Taijiquan movement to provide suggestions.The subjects from Capital Medical University Students in122undergraduate students were divided into experimental group and control group.15weeks of different frequency of Taijiquan exercise was tested in order to analyze the effect of Taijiquan exercise on College Students’ Physique Health.Results:1. After15-week practicing Taijiquan, there is no difference of physical indices between the experimental group and control group, P>0.05, namely different frequencies of practicing Taijiquan, on the whole, don’t affect the college students’physique.2. The test results of the experimental group and control group reveals that the index of Sit-up with body flexion of both boys and girls show significant difference, P<0.05.3. After15-week practicing Taijiquan with different frequencies, the Vital Capacity and Step Index of both boys and girls show significant difference, P<0.05; while the Vital Capacity of boys appear highly significant difference, P<0.01.4. After15-week practicing Taijiquan with different frequencies, the project of jump rope in1minute has gender differences; it doesn’t help with the boys while for girls, the number increases drastically, P<0.01.Suggestions:1. Taijiquan should be promoted all over the universities.2. Due to the non-positive relation between the frequencies of practice Taijiquan and the students’ physique, a decent frequency and time of practicing Taijiquan should be set in college classes.3. In a physical fitness test, skipping the project did not well reflect the boys jumping and coordination ability, suggesting choosing other appropriate activity for testing.
