Football is a tough and fighting match, the characteristics of the game itself requires players to have a good fitness level. In this study, I introduce an advanced modern physical training methods called S-E-T training, the purpose of this study is exploring the effect and improvement of S-E-T training for football player’s movement controlling ability under non steady situation; In addition, I explore the relationship between S-E-T training and traditional strength training, hoping to find new ideas methods for soccer specific strength training, providing a new reference for football players to do more scientific specific strength training, providing a new training approach for the sustainable development of football.In this paper, several kinds of methods are used, such as literature date, expert interviews, mathematical statisties, questionnaire survey method and experimental researeh, This artiele’s subjects are thirty-four U17male football athletes who come from the national hoping student team, athletes were divided into experimental and control groups alternatly and analyze experimental pre-test data. Throughing8weeks of tracking training and testing, control of experimental conditions, Reflecting football player’s movement controlling ability under non steady situation of eight indicators and four auxiliary indicators for testing, Obtained data and statistical analysis, the following conclusions are:1S-E-T training can significantly improve the ability of moving quickly for football player under non-steady-state, the ability of moving quickly of experimental non-steady state were significantly increased after the experiment team members compared with the control group. Further analysis of both groups have obtained significant changes, but changes in magnitude of the experimental group increased by a big margin compared with the control group2S-E-T training can significantly improve the non-steady state football players passing of controlling ability and the controlling ability of the head ball After the experiment, experiment team members’ passing of controlling ability and ability of the head ball were significantly increased under non-steady state compared with the control group. Further analysis of the experimental group reached the back, left, right passing of controlling ability and the controlling ability to head the ball has significantly improved compared to the experiment before; but in control group, the controlling ability of back passing and head the ball has no significant changes compared with pre-test phase, the left and right traction significant change, but the magnitude of changes compared with the experimental group increased slightly。3The core muscle of the experimental group’s players after training were significantly improved compared with control group members, the group matched control group, experimental group the core area of the left and right muscle strength has improved significantly, but the experimental group increase is much larger than the control group。4The jumping ability of experimental group’s players after training has improved significantly compared with the control group of players, the group matched control group, experimental group had significantly increased jumping ability, but the increase is much larger than the experimental group the control group.5S-E-Ttraining can’t instead of traditional weight training. The relationship between S-E-T and traditional weight training are complementaly.
