Research purposes: the suspension training as a new sports training,and has been widely used for athletes to increase core muscle strength,balance,etc.,the purpose of this study are two: one is to explore the influence of the suspension of football athletes' physical qualities,hope to be able to effectively improve the body quality of football players through suspension training;Secondly discusses suspension training of football player player in unsteady state technology research;As well as sports coaches and sports scientific research personnel can be more scientific,and safe use of suspension training way to improve football players ability to provide reliable theoretical basis and reference.Research methods:Through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and experimental method were studied.Will be 24 under-17 juvenile football players experiment group,divided into the experimental group and control group,experimental group to combine traditional strength training and suspension training strength training,control group with traditional strength training,intervention experiment for 8 weeks,respectively in 0,3,6,8 weeks physical quality index of the test and test under non steady state football technology,and USES spss13.0 to experiment the index data matching T test,single factor variance analysis(multiple comparison)statistical method so as to obtain the corresponding results.The results of the study:In the 30 m speed test performance,8 weeks after the test results of the test group and control group no difference 2)in Ilinois test,Nebrska's ability to perform the test,test results the experimental group than control group after 8 weeks,increased by 5.06% and 9.94% respectively.3)in the secondary leapfrog test results,the experimental group increased by 1.99%,the control group increased by 1.19%.4)in solid ball test results,the experimental group increased by 1.33%,increased by 0.46% and the control result.5)in close eyes swan balance test results,the experimental group increased by 36.6%,which results in the control group increased by 3.8%.6)in support of test results,the experimental group increased by 26.27%,the control group increased by 12.4%.7)in a stable state,the right and left,after the three directions of pull,the experimental group increased by 63.29%,64.67%,63.29%,control group increased by 9.5%,4.5%,52.8%.8)under non steady state,the right and left,after three direction pull the ball,the experimental group increased by 49.77%,69.12%,52%,control group increased by 31.2%,18.02%,12.5%.9)under the unsteady state,left,right,after three header,the pull in the direction of the experimental group increased by 50%,59.15%,70.4%,control group increased by 40.8%,38.66%,38.66%.,Research conclusions:1),the influence of suspension training on football athletes' physical qualities in after 8 weeks of suspension training intervention experiment,football player's speed of 30 meters do not have the significance,is the effect of the same suspension training and traditional training;Such as stop,turn quickly to move ability has a significant impact on,suspension training is superior to the traditional strength training;In the test of lower limbs explosive power,secondary leapfrog results have significant,suspension training is superior to the traditional training;Support and solid sphere in the core power,tablet,tests,two kinds of training methods are growth to the result,but the suspension training is superior to the traditional training;In balance tests by swan balance tests,two kinds of training methods are effective,but suspension training is superior to the traditional training.2)suspension training football player technique,the influence of unsteady condition in 8 weeks after the intervention of the suspension training found that through the three direction,passing,finishing,header three tests,the suspension training methods of the experimental group were superior to the traditional training of the control group,the author thinks that in the experiment,the test results can represent the experiment,the effect of suspension training on the influence of unsteady state football technology is superior to the traditional training.
