Reasearch On Affecting Factors And Countermeasures Of Sports Level For Fujian Men’s Badminton

In order to investigate the influencing factors and countermeasures of athletic level on men’s competitive badminton of fujian province this study by using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the research methods has done the related research. The results show that:1men’s badminton sport level of Fujian province is dropping;2There are many influencing factors. According to different degree of influence, there are eight main factors, including the scientific training, human resources, management, scientific and technological service, competition, economic, environmental and other factors. Among them,(1) In training and contest. the selection is not enough emphasis on the psychological, The training program subjectivity is stronge; Training process monitoring is not enough, the higher exercise intensity and long term of tired training are regareded as the main factors of sports injurio;not placed enough emphasis on the nutritional recovery; unscientific nutrition supplement. competition arrangements are not sufficient; competition management and participating personnel to determine the lack of appropriate mechanisms; competition process arrangements unscientific.(2) In the human resources and management. Coaches’age, education structure, title structure are irrational; high levels of a number of athletes in2010than in2004, a decrease of20%;Reserve talented person less and the general quality; coaches selection and lack of competition for posts Formal mechanisms and training; Relevant leaders paid insufficient attention to the project; athletes culture study management is not perfected; retired athletes with cash-based compensation; Rewards can not be implemented on the mechanism causing dissatisfaction.(3)In the environment and services.
