The 21th century is the high-speed period of our country’s economy. With the impetus and use of the Internet and the development of vehicles, the range of economic and cultural exchange becomes bigger and broader at home and abroad, and there are more opportunities. These are convenient for the exchange and communication of talents in every countries and regions. The policy of reformation and opening promoted the development of talents and enterprises. Talents in China have been appeared to drastically exchange since 1990s. Due to the opening of job market, it is more free to choose jobs and the liberty of employment improves relatively. Meanwhile, the increase of talents and elaboration of work also means to be weeded out and even out of job. The unemployment rate of 2013 in China is 5%. Generally speaking, the pressure of employment in our country is relatively heavy.The major of sports training belongs to the second category of sports science. There are 264 colleges and universities have this major. Though the flow of talents pour into society, getting a job becomes harder and harder. The dislocation of choosing a job is more and more prominent, which is the center of discussion now. The article is about to explore the cause of factors that influence the employment of this major students.This article was based on the students of two universities in Wuhan. It adopted literature research, data research, questionnaire method, expert interview, mathematical statistics,etc. It carried on research to more than 300 students of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Central China Normal University. Initially, the conclusion are as follows.(1) According to a survey of students themselves, most of the students are not satisfied with the major before they choose it, which lead to lack of absorption. They failed to perfect themselves before graduation and lacked of motivation to learn other science knowledge. And due to a higher expectation of life, there appeared a phenomenon called "Attracted me"(2) As a college courses survey shows, the sports training curriculum have many insufficiency and deficiencies, this is still in the exploratory stage, having no relatively independently main courses and fail to develop advantage for students majoring in sports training and also improve the skills of into position advantage.(3) From the prospective of employment environment, the employment market is not that normative and mature; and the colleges for students’employment guidance is not clear, this specialized student employment to very fuzzy, inaccurate employment situation analysis, the demand for jobs, jobs in unfair competition malformed development.Based on the above conclusion, we proposal the following countermeasure and suggestions:(1)On the students’major choosing, the colleges should give more sufficient and specific instruction, and choose a regnant major for students on the condition of following their wills, and during school colleges should do the employment guidance and marketing analysis for students.(2) Optimize and reform the sports training courses, establish main curriculum.(3) To strengthen the training of student’practical ability, is the student degree is well aligned with qualification certification.(4) A demand for specification and optimization for talent labor market and a fair competition between jobs is required.
