Mathematics learning self-efficacy is an evaluation of the degree of confidence, aboutwhether the learner has the skill or ability to complete the mathematics learning tasks.Trainjunior high school students mathematics learning self-efficacy,especially the students withlearning difficulties, will stimulate students’ mathematics learning initiative and improvemathematics learning achievement; Penetrate the psychological quality of education inmathematics teaching, comply with the requirements of the new mathematics curriculumreform. However, the current secondary education on how to train junior high school studentsmathematics learning self-efficacy is still lack of effective measures. Therefore,this researchtake the Yantai city Zhifu District three junior high schools’ students as the research object, toexamine junior high school students mathematics self-efficacy status and influence factors,through the experimental study to explore classroom management strategies of improvingjunior high school students’ mathematics learning self-efficacy.Main contents and conclusionsare as follows:(1)Using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method,experimentalmethod and case study method, investigate and research junior high school studentsmathematics learning self-efficacy,from the following four aspects:generalefficacy,self-efficacy of overcoming difficulties,self-efficacy of flexible thinking,self-efficacyof self-monitoring.The results showed that nearly half of the students think that math successdue to the serious study, rather than ability, which reflects the lower overall level of juniorhigh school students’ mathematics self-efficacy; Junior high school students’ mathematicslearning self-efficacy exist significant grade differences, and the second grade of junior highschool students has the strongest mathematics learning self-efficacy.junior high schoolmathematics learning self-efficacy exist significant gender differences, Boys have higherself-efficacy than girls; Parental education on junior high school students’ mathematicslearning self-efficacy has certain effect(2) Based on the factors that affect self-efficacy, initially proposed to junior high schoolstudents’ mathematics learning self-efficacy eight classroom management strategies, helpstudents especially the students with learning difficulties the appropriate set of learningobjectives; teach mathematics learning method, improve the ability of learning; help students find the right role models; positive words of encouragement and correct evaluation to guidestudents on the proper attribution; actively promote learning effects of migration; feel the joyof learning in a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere;emphasis on physical andemotional regulation.(3) On the basis of classroom management strategies respectively in the first to threegrade of junior high school students conducted an empirical study, Through theimplementation of the semester, classroom management strategies can significantly improveself-efficacy of junior high students in mathematics learning,taking the junior high schoolmore enjoyable and self-confidence,and can significantly improve their mathematicsachievement.
