With the vigorous development of teachers’ professional movement,the idea of "Teachers as researchers" strikes the hearts of the people. The school-based research activitiesare carried out solidly and have achieved remarkable success. But the study also found that, inmost cases, the school-based research mostly based on the lesson, focus on solving the realproblems in the classroom and teaching, and improve the teachers’ core teaching ability aswell as the effectiveness of classroom teaching.In recent years, the small-topic research of teachers in primary and secondary school aregradually rise, with the characteristics of microscopic range, specific content, small incision,and short cycle, which are all contribute to solve the specific problems flexibly andeffectively in the educational and teaching practice.The small-topic research has become a kind of in-sevice education way that is enjoyedby teachers in the primary and secondary school. It can be said that the integration of thesmall topic research and school-based training is a new and important topic. The school-basedresearch which based on a small-topic research, not only has important practical significance,but also has a superior innovativeness.Taking Haiyang City as an example, this paper explores the strategies of school-basedresearch based on small-topic research by literature study, questionnaire surveys, actionresearch, and summarization of experience and so on.Chapter I Introduction:Put forward the research topic of strategies on school-basedresearch, which based on small-topic reserach. Explain the background, academic andpractical value of this study. It introduces the design briefly, the basic assumptions, the ideasof this research and the approaches that are adopted in the study.Chapter II Literature Review:It is mainly a comprehensive review of the study aboutsmall-topic research, school-based research, and research-typed teachers. The effectivestrategies are emphatically summarized. Based on it, it epitomizes the trends of thedevelopment in the same field of this study.Chapter III Survey on the Current Situation: the paper did a research on perspectives ofthe current situation of the teachers’ needs on the small-topic and school-based research in the Haiyang City, analyzing these issues, the paper find out the existing problems and analyzethese issues.Chapter IV Basic strategy:Based on the theory research and the practice exploration, thepaper built a strategies based on small-topic research,that is,"Professional direction"—thechange strategies of school-based research organization, it includs the formation of educationand scientific research mentor group, the establishment of the school development allianceand the teacher development community,form teacher empirical research projectscommunity,try to form the virtual school for future famous teachers;"Multidimensionalconstruct"—the optimization strategies of school-based research management research, itincludes optimize the developing design, try to change the style of management, full theresearch system, optimize the School-based Management;"Process reengineering"—innova-tion strategies of school-based research, it includes teaching research mode focusing onspecific analyzation, the teaching diagnosis mode based on the lesson, the teaching reflectionmode focusing on the key events, the cooperation mode and the watching teaching modewhich purpose is experience ascension;"Ability promotion"—operative strategies of teacherspecial study,it includes the theme of teaching research,the depth reading for literatureresearch,reflective teaching on class diagnosis,serial writing for promote experience and taskdriven special speeching.Chapter V Research summary and prospect:According to the literature review, thepresent situation investigation and the summarization, the paper gets a basic conclusion. Thepaper also looks to the subsequent research.
