School-based research, upgrading the teaching profession as a quality of life is an important way of increasing importance. However, the current schools even though the school-based research to the professional development of teachers as the main target, but their concerns are often too much emphasis on the development of individual teachers or groups, while neglecting of an inevitable development of outstanding teachers are based on the good development of their students. For the full development of individual students to create conditions in small classes of junior middle school education, the objective requirements on small class teaching in the school-based research of teachers to students should be the development as the core. Therefore sound school-based research organization and system of teacher professional development will be the long-term goal of curriculum reform in small classes and solve actual problems in the combined, small class education is not only enhance the effectiveness of important aspects, is to improve the background in small classes of effective school-based training Of the need to study the important issues.This thesis is to explore the school-based research model in the context of small classes. The article in the current school-based research revealed the existence of the problem on the basis of these issues, through the analysis to Putuo District NJ school as an example, to try to establish a more suitable for small classes of junior middle school education background, teachers and students to develop two-way Goals, to promote mutual integration of common and individuality of the school-based training system and the mode and provide countermeasures.
