The Role Identity Integration Of College Students

This paper is a study take the role identity theory asa foundation and research approach， conbined with thebicultural identtiy integration conception。In part1，thereis a open-ended questionnaire and the bicultural identityintegration of bicultural indentity integrationquestionnaire perparation。Then made a questionnaire——“the role identtiy integration of students questionnaire”as a tool of this study， the questionnaire containingfourdimensions，with good reliability and validity.The part2of this paper using “the role identtiyintegration of students questionnaire” to randomly Selected3classes in GXTC as a suvey to collect data.Examindn gender,greade,whether the students are students leaders,whether theare the olny child in there faminly,whether the have apart-time or internaship. The people’s background variablesis consider to be a variables which will be take differentsin peoples role indentity intergration. The statisticalanalysis rusults showed that:1.college student’s role identity integration has a nicescorce acrroding to the scale.2.the differents gender has no differences in roleidentity integration in this study.3.the students which in greade one has a better roleidentity integration than gread two.4.a students leader has a good identity integration thanthe shtudents who has no students leadship. 5. college students is only one child, in thisstudy, the role of identity integration, there was nodifference.6.the student who had a part-time experiencefeel more role conflict than no experience.
