Psychological load can not be ignored in PE teaching, which has different effectson students” physical and psychological reactions and works on inestimable Efficiencyof class. Meanwhile, a reasonable grasp of the Psychological load can also play anactive role in improving the quality of the students Psychology.Firstly, the concept of Psychological load, the status of Psychological load on PEeducation, measurement and evaluation of Psychological load on PE education, etc. areoutlined. Then, it uses Professor Xu Mingxin’s" Psychological load rating scale in PEeducation" and "student self-assessment questions" who works in Qingdao University inthe process of study. And it uses literature method, investigation method, statistics andanalysis, method Multi-level estimate method and other methods to Investigate, analysisand research5universities in Harbin freshman, sophomore in different projects,different gender students of the Psychological load. So PE teachers of the province canarrange PE teaching reasonably, grasp and adjust the students” Psychological loadtimely, improve the quality of PE teaching, achieve the objectives of PE education andto promote the harmonious development of the students physical and mental sportspsychology.Psychological load research on5colleges in Harbin Student shows:1. The mental load in college PE students is significantly different in colleges withdifferent disciplines. The mental load in Teachers colleges in lower, while in Medicalcolleges is higher. The tolerance is different in9Psychological Factors which areestablished by R-factor statistics in college students. The value of mental load ismaximum in the degree of psychological motivation examination standards andminimum in physiological load.2. Mental load of students is different in different special content of PE. Mental loadof students is lowest in Wushu class. Mental capacity of students is highest in basketballtraining course. The boys and girls have different mental load in the same specialcontent. Mental load of girls is lower than boys only in calisthenics and higher thanboys in the other5special content. 3. The mental load of girls is obviously higher than boys from the point of the wholePE class. The same sex have different mental load in different PE special content. Boyshave lowest mental load in basketball training course and highest in calisthenics. Girlsare just the opposite with boys in the two special content.4. Students have different mental load in different grades. Mental load of high-gradestudents is obviously lower r than low-grade students.5. Physical load and psychological demand are both interrelated and mutual restraint.Mental capacity of students which demonstrated on the value of mental load can betterreflect the effectiveness of teaching.
