The existing sports facilities in the numberof shortages can not meet the growing demand for mass sports, this problemis gradually exposed.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expertinterview, field investigation on27universities in Heilongjiang provincestadium management current situation, mode of management conducted acomprehensive survey, and based on these information systems data analysis,the combination of domestic and foreign university stadium and gymnasiummanagement theory, then summed up the Heilongjiang Province Universitystadium management problems, and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and solutions.Heilongjiang province college stadiums should establish specialorganization, adopting a more professional, more suitable for the newsituation reasonable management mechanism, can set up teaching, research,training, competition and social services for the integration of the sharingmodel. Heilongjiang province college sports facilities should try tomaximize its teaching effect, the use of reasonable allocation of time, butalso take into account the college sports scientific research and sportstraining team, opening to the public to provide paid services, efforts to organize large events, thus improving the comprehensive utilization rate ofsports facilities in universities, in order to achieve economic and socialbenefits of a win-win situation. This can not only attract more studentsconsumer groups and mass consumer groups added to the overall fitness of thesports activities, but also for enterprises and individuals to organizesports activities to provide good quality service.
