Education is a hot topic around the world, is now widely concerned about the three one of the hot spots of society. Government Grant and fairness in education is the focus of discussion. Broad public education involves too broad, the paper mainly discusses the problem of the narrow field of public education equalization. This article first defines the narrow public education and equalization, and then from combing the theoretical basis for the equalization of public education, non-equalization of the status quo in public education in China and why. Finally, some preliminary and tentative recommendations are suggested.At present, many scholars are in the study of basic public service equalization problems, more of a concern of government reform. This paper selects China’s public education equalization into the object of study, the point of departure is a departure from the demand urgent interests of the masses, the depth of our government to optimize the functions of the government from specific areas of public education, the rational allocation of educational resources to ensure that the organic unity of educational equity and efficiency.
