| As a sporting nation,China has been focusing on the development of sports,many athletes glory for the country in various international competitions.However, when the athletes after retirement in our country under the existing system, their social security issues have not been effectively addressed. This article is intended to run performance of the legal system of China’s social security research, analysis of the status quo of China’s retired athletes living and the reasons that caused the status quo, to identify inadequacies in the social security system in China’s retired athletes, explore foreign countries for the protection of system of rights and interests of retired athletes, the Perfection of system improvement recommendations.In this paper, literature research and case study method, the status quo of China’s retired athletes and social security laws; the use of the comparative method, and retired athletes of foreign social security laws. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided into four parts.The first part of the status quo of China’s retired athletes and social security laws. Conducted a study on the status of the Social Security of China’s retired athletes, from the current situation to identify China’s retired athletes social security legal issues.The second part of China’s retired athletes social security legal issues. This section is to analyze China’s retired athletes and social security of the reasons cited above, the legal issues, and the importance of discourse improve the legal system of Retired Athletes’ social security.The third part is the retired athletes abroad legal protection for reference. By retired athletes in developed countries cited security laws and advanced experience to find out when the legal system of Social Security of China’s retired athletes can learn from; This section describes the foreign system of sports insurance, sports insurance agent system and developed countries athletes in the social security system. The fourth part is to improve China’s retired athletes social security legal system recommendations. By preceding the current situation, problems and the advanced experience of research and analysis, combined with our national conditions, to improve the social security legal system of China’s retired athletes suggestions. |
