Study On Employment Security Of Retired Ice And Snow Athletes In Hei Longjiang Province

As a "sports country",China has been forging ahead towards the goal of "sports power".With the 2022 winter Olympics in Beijing,China,the eyes of the world will once again be on China.In heilongjiang province as the key input province ice and snow sports,winter sports meeting every year retired athlete,completes the retired athlete employment security work,is beneficial to improve the retired athletes of heilongjiang province employment security system,but also for the retired athlete employment guarantee problem of retired athletes,as well as other sports job security related research to provide certain theoretical value and significance.This paper takes 114 retired ice and snow athletes from heilongjiang province from 2014 to 2018 as the research object.Among them,69 athletes from ice sports and 45 athletes from snow sports were studied on their employment security after retirement.Starting from the concepts of ice and snow sports,retired athletes,employment security,schultz's human capital theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and government responsibility theory,Flexible use of documentary,interview method,questionnaire method and other methods,from the government level of macro and micro athletes themselves factor two aspects elaborated the basic situation of retired athlete in heilongjiang province,employment,etc.,through to the retired transporting athletes to retirement age,again obtain employment status,income,such as real insight into the current retirement ice-snow athletes in heilongjiang province from the Angle of state,draw a retired athlete less chance again obtain employment,the lack of cultural knowledge and skills as well as a lack of security problems,such as government policy,on the base of draw lessons from foreign advanced experience,put forward to strengthen the management of retired athletes in heilongjiang province government Suggestions on improving the comprehensive quality of the retired ice and snow athletes in heilongjiang province and broadening the employment channels of the retired ice and snow athletes in heilongjiang province.
