Education is oriented education is the basis for revitalization of the nation, is the basic national policy of building a modern country, training of innovative talents, the implementation of the national "12th Five-Year Plan for building a socialist well-off society, promote social harmony hasthe important role of the foundation, and the pilot. Basic education has laid the foundation stone in the overall education system sets out clear requirements and planning, national long-term education reform and development plan on the development of basic education. Planning,2020, and comprehensively improve the level of the popularity of compulsory education, the basic realization of the balanced development of the region, to ensure that school-age children and adolescents receive a good compulsory education. At present, our society is in a special period of transition, the field of education will inevitably lead to imbalances, which led to the unfair allocation of educational resources, especially basic education allocation of resources links, this field of education is not fair to lead individuals to receive education from the beginning to the process to produce unfair results, a serious impediment to social development and social progress in basic education allocation of resources into the field of education, problems to be solved.This paper uses interview, observation and literature method, taking S Primary School as a case study on the configuration of public resources for basic education to make people vivid and clear understanding of public resources for basic education, and attempt to provide some theoretical and practical countermeasures on the rational allocation of educational resources issues.This article is divided into a total of three parts:First, through on-site observation, depth interviews, as well as the depth of the school as detailed as possible to collect hardware and software related information and data analysis and interpretation of knowledge and understanding of the School Resource Allocation from the macro to understandschool principals, teachers, and students on the allocation of educational resources related idea, which is also the research purposes. Second, analysis of the obtained first-hand material, explore and analyze the current situation of the school resource allocation reasons, the root causes of in-depth understanding of school resource allocation mechanism. Also discussed in particular the safety of school buses, as part of the allocation of resources, let us understand the importance of alternative resources for schools. Third, on the basis of thinking and research, to explore the current social context of how to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
