Research On The Optimal Allocation Of Public Compulsory Education Resources In Dongguan City

Education is an important project to cultivate outstanding talents,and plays an important role in attracting and retaining talents.City development is inseparable from talents and the basic role of compulsory education.At the same time,compulsory education services help to cultivate outstanding talents,improve the comprehensive strength of the city,and lay a good foundation for city development.At present,the focus of compulsory education in China is to improve the development level of compulsory education,so doing a good job of compulsory education is the top priority in the education reform.Based on this background,this paper takes the allocation of public compulsory education resources in Dongguan City as the research object.During the research,this paper follows the analysis of reality;narration of problems,analysis of problems,learning from experience,development of countermeasures-basic train of thought,by combining the theory of the allocation of resources,public product theory,theory of government function,this paper analyzes the current situation of public resource allocation of Dongguan city compulsory education,analyzes the problems existing in the compulsory education public resource allocation and their causes,it draws lessons from advanced experience and suggests countermeasures,provides reference for the rationalization of allocation of public resources of compulsory education in Dongguan City.This paper expounds the status quo of public resources allocation of compulsory education in Dongguan,including the development of compulsory education in Dongguan and the allocation of public resources of compulsory education.Through narration of the current situation as the unreasonable school layout,school places shortage,unreasonable allocation of school funds,unreasonable allocation of teachers,and insufficient exchange and sharing of educational resources,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of these problems.At the same time,by combining with the domestic and foreign compulsory education resource allocation experience,put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures.The countermeasures include promoting the expansion of the public resources of compulsory education and increasing the school places,promoting the diversified education investment mechanism of compulsory education,optimizing the teacher resource allocation mechanism of public schools of compulsory education,and promoting the sharing and exchange mechanism of public resources of compulsory education to gradually improve the equalization level.From the rational level of resource allocation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions with some innovation.Through the research and discussion,it provides reference for Dongguan to promote the equalization of public resources of compulsory education.
