Science education in primary schools is getting more and more attention.As we all know,science education can better help students to think and solve problems,and cultivate students' problem awareness,innovative spirit and practical ability.Science courses not only teach children scientific knowledge,but also cultivate a culture of science,innovation.As the basis of science education in primary school,if we can take primary school as the main body and rationally develop and utilize all kinds of resources in the field of science teaching in primary schools,so that the efficiency of the utilization of scientific education resources can be improved and the best results can be achieved,that is,the optimal allocation of scientific education resources in primary schools will further deepen the reform of science education and carry out quality education in depth.Therefore,the optimal allocation of science and education resources in primary schools has become an important research topic.This study discusses the research background,purpose,significance and other issues,and gives a literature review of the relevant domestic and foreign research profiles,expounds the basic concepts,summarizes the relevant theories,and puts forward its own research ideas,methods and innovation points.Taking the Ouhai District of Wenzhou as an example,this paper makes a background and value analysis of the relevant content,and uses the research methods of questionnaire stoic and interview to investigate the current situation of the allocation of scientific education resources in primary schools in the region.Based on the feedback and the results of the questionnaire and the relevant information,the analysis and summary of the current situation of the allocation of scientific education resources in the region is carried out.According to the results of the survey,the problems in the allocation of scientific education resources in primary schools are summarized,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth from the lack of the status of the science curriculum in primary schools,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the lack of efficacious management mechanism,the problems of teachers themselves,and the lack of effective cooperation and interaction between schools and families.Finally,drawing on some excellent cases from all over the country and abroad,combining with the actual situation in Ouhai District,put forward suggestions for optimizing the allocation of scientific education resources in primary schools:(1)teachers' resources need to be fully developed and utilized;(2)Schools should make use of incentive mechanisms to promote the development of resources for innovative courses;(3)the education department should strengthen the construction and supervision of the construction of scientific hardware facilities,the schools should strengthen management;(4)make full use of the existing curriculum resources;(5)the home-school linkage shall make effective use of the educational resources of science outside the school.
