The classics have been proved the most valuable and the most important cultural essence.Traditionalcultural classics carry the Chinese nation’s cultural traditions and historical memories.They are themagnificent treasures that precipitated out of5,000years of civilization.Ancient Chinese education is to focus on learning and inheritance of classical culture, reading theclassics has been the mainstream of education. Repeatedly reading with thinking and reciting with theheart is always the most basic way of teaching and learning, the classics are the most basic, or even onlyteaching contents. Modern times, due to the launching of the May Fourth New Culture Movement and theemergence of new ideas in the West, the against to reading education became a temporary trend. Until thefounding of New China, the intensity of culture education had been increased, but the catastrophe of the"Cultural Revolution" in the ensuing decade, the entire education has been severely damaged, classicaleducation is unattended. In the nineties, the Chinese education set off a wave of reform, the classicaleducation once again become an important part of Chinese education in the schools at all levels.In the new century, classics reading and reciting has developed into a spectacular social boom.Divergent views of the community classical debates. But the value of classics reading and recitingeducation is undoubted. Through reading and reciting the classics, can not only rich the cultural heritage,improve language listening, speaking, writing skills, but also conducive to the exercise of thinking, thedevelopment of intelligence, cultivate the aesthetic level. Classics reading and reciting becomes animportant way of heritage national culture and national spirit, and also a way to perfect adolescentpersonality literacy.However, at the present, the level of classics reading and reciting in elementary school has developedinto the early scale, achieved some success.But relatively classic reading and reciting in the Chineseeducation of secondary school, the development is extremely unbalanced,and the reading effectiveness isnot satisfactory.Through the survey of classics reading and reciting situation on middle school,we foundthat, the classics reading and reciting in Chinese education of middle school, has the prevalence of a weakunderstanding of the concept, a narrow reading platform, a single reading resources and poor teaching quality,also the classics reading and reciting evaluation misses a system of evaluation, which led to theclassic reading and reciting educational ineffective.The classics reading and reciting as a part of the Chinese education, this paper discusses how toconstruct the system of implementation in middle school Chinese education. First, it need to establish manyprinciples of the construction. Second, to build three classics reading and reciting platform, schools,families, communities; the integration of teaching material, the school-based curriculum and textbooksnetwork; films, TV programs and other multimedia information source; pay attention to education andother subjects read classic of mastery, to enrich the classic reading resources. Again, about the teachingcontent, we should pay attention to the choice of the culture classics, to strengthen the training of readingand reciting skills. Finally, about the center link of classics reading and reciting implementation--teaching,in view of the present situation investigation in the attribution, we should put forward the strategy to solvethrough all, from understanding, time, ways, guidance, evaluation and other aspects to improve theoperation of teaching how to reading and reciting classic articles. In the study of classics reading andreciting implement system construction, integrate into some examples of classics reading and the record ofreading and reciting teaching in class, to be demonstrated and analysed, could enhance the credibility andfeasibility of the thesis research.Although currently, in the Chinese education of middle school, classics reading and reciting situationhas a lot of problems, and its implementation also faces many difficulties, but reading and reciting classics,inheritance the culture is an important part of the study of Chinese education, directly related to the Chineseeducation goals and the development. We must firmly and constantly enrich and improve the reading andreciting education of the implement system construction, promote the strong development of classicsreading and reciting in Chinese education of middle school, construct a perfect and expedite bridgebetween the new Chinese education and carrying forward national culture.
