Theoretical thinking on private kindergarten is mainly: governmentsupervision and support, through the policy to promote the treatment of teachers and professionaldevelopment; private kindergarten for accurate positioning themselves to go to Pratt&Whitneydevelopment; to establish the principal as the core management team; open park do private kindergartenpropaganda and image; follow the physical and mental development of young children，effective teaching.Practice of the development of private kindergarten proposes two assumptions, which is a perfect franchisechain of private kindergarten mode, another kind is to emphasize the government leading, privatekindergartens cooperate with teachers colleges.
