Since last century, the continuous development of private preschool education in our country, andcaused widespread concern in society, in recent years, private kindergartens and various problems emerge,such as: high fees, charges of kindergarten, kindergarten curriculum variety, children’s schoolwork burden,at the same time the kindergarten game content is too small, is not conducive to children’s growth. In thedevelopment of private kindergartens, private kindergarten teachers’ treatment and occupation developmentproblem has been paid close attention to by the society. Due to the preschool education knowledge is notsufficient, and the government regulation and supervision is not in place, private kindergarten in preschooleducation in China contribute at the same time, they cannot enjoy the same treatment with privatekindergarten, therefore, a lot of private kindergartens conditions are not high, the children’s livingenvironment urgently awaits to be solved. Study on the development of private kindergartens, can not onlybroaden our preschool education theory research field, but also enrich our school system. In the presentsituation, private kindergarten occupy half of the country of the preschool education in China, privatekindergarten is good or bad, on China’s preschool education has a great influence on.This article through to the Xinxiang private kindergarten study, interviews of private kindergartendirector and teacher, review our country private kindergarten development course, summarized in this areathe development of private kindergartens in the problem, one of the most controversial is the privatekindergarten fees, high tuition and arbitrary charges exist in private kindergarten, children of primaryschool curriculum of the tendency of serious, a lot of private kindergarten has erected a characteristic class,private kindergarten teachers’ status and the treatment is low, resulting in the shortage and mobility of teachers in private kindergarten.In view of the above problems, the author, using case analysis, field survey and the national policyinterpretation and so on, to the private kindergarten future development put forward the theoreticalreflection and practical exploration. Theoretical thinking on private kindergarten is mainly: governmentsupervision and support, through the policy to promote the treatment of teachers and professionaldevelopment; private kindergarten for accurate positioning themselves to go to Pratt&Whitneydevelopment; to establish the principal as the core management team; open park do private kindergartenpropaganda and image; follow the physical and mental development of young children,effective teaching.Practice of the development of private kindergarten proposes two assumptions, which is a perfect franchisechain of private kindergarten mode, another kind is to emphasize the government leading, privatekindergartens cooperate with teachers colleges. And process rational thinking for the two modes.
