Present Situation Analysis Of University Students’Low-carbon Life Style And Countermeasure Research Taking Inner Mongolia As An Example Of A University

With the global warming, our living environment has changed profoundly. Low carbon economic model based on low energy consumption、 low pollution and low emission is influencing and changing people’s life habit and conception of thinking, and it will become the main stream of future life style. University students are special groups who are vigorous and have literacy and ideal. They are the future of our country and bearing our nation’s hope. Whether they have low carbon life style or not influences their thought consciousness、behavior patterns and concept of value. Therefore, we are facing with common subjects:whether university students have low carbon life style; reasons of non-low-carbon phenomenon; countermeasure and guide; achieve university students’ low carbon life style.With the influence and penetration of multi-values and multi-cultures, many thoughts like seeking quick benefits, becoming corrupt and degenerate and solely worshiping money have flooded university students’soul. The way of their life varies day by day. For lack of appropriate education and guide, both low carbon and non-low carbon behavior appear in university students’study and life. They are entering mature stage both physically and psychologically and they are between college and society. Individualization becomes their conspicuous character. Meanwhile they have strong plasticity. This paper from the Perspective of connotation of university students’low carbon life style, develops investigation and study from5aspects: university students’understanding of low carbon life, their learning style, consumption pattern, behavior habit and the use of extracurricular time. According to the survey data, the paper analyses the reasons of university students’non-low carbon life style. Combining with present situation of our country’s low carbon economy, the paper puts forward countermeasure aiming at university students.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen and improve methods and means of the ideological and political education for university students, carry out the work of guiding and education effectively and help university students form consciously civilized, healthy, scientific and harmonious low carbon life style.
