On The Present Situation Analysis And The Countermeasure Research Of The University Students' Good Faith Education

The good faith is Chinese nation's traditional moral excellence, also is one of basic moral standards which the society associates, even is the key content that various of universities carries on the ideological education for university students. The university students do will be the special community which have the high quality, the present situation of their good faith education , will relate the socialism modernization of our country to carry on smoothly.In May, 2004, the Shijiazhuang University is rebuilt into the undergraduate course college under the authorization of the national Ministry of Education, it is the only full-time ordinary undergraduate course college in the city of Shijiazhuang.The institute always attaches importance to university students' good faith education, generally speaking, the condition of the students' good faith education is good, is positive, but also has some problems that not allow to neglect, for example the minority of students take the tests cheats, do the plagiarism works, use the deceptions in the resumes,violate the employment treaties,some students are in arrears with the loan which the country use it to assist students, a small part of the students break the promises in the network (refers to the Internet and campus net, abbreviation network) and so on,these problems have increased the difficulties for Shijiazhuang university to do the teaching and the supervisory work.The university students are the national pillar of the state and nationality's hope, will be the future constructor of the cause of socialism, will be shouldering the historical mission of constructing the comprehensive well-off society and realizing revival of the the Chinese nation,so strengthen the university students' good faith education is already urgently. This article takes the massive investigations as a foundation,through the induction and the theoretical analysis of the questionnaire, elaborated the present situation and the existence question of students' good faith education in Shijiazhuang University,analyzed the social root, the immediate cause and the primary cause which it produces, discovered the negative effect of the social environment, the malpractice of good faith education in school as well as the flaw of the university students' own quality are the three primary factors which create the good faith education problems.Based on the present situation and the problems of the university students' good faith education in Shijiazhuang University, this article had pointed out some constructive comments and the countermeasures. First, we must strengthen the main body function of Shijiazhuang University in university students' good faith education,establish"University students' Good faith File"and the credit administration system of the loan which the country use it to assists students, enhances the image construction of the good faith of leaders and teachers and so on; Next, attach importance to the guidance function of the social environment in university students' good faith education; In addition, we must strengthen their abilities which the university students can study independently,raise their good faith consciousness with the help of the network. In brief, to take on a new look of the present situation of the university students' good faith education needs the society, the school and the university students and various aspects of strength to coordinate positively, the work of the university students' good faith educational can obtain the satisfactory result.
