Developmental evaluation theory produced in the1980s of the United States and the United Kingdom, after20years of reform and development, has become a kind of evaluation and to promote the professional development of teachers, improve teachers’ comprehensive quality and ability, outstanding teacher evaluation subject position are important means. This theory is now increasingly mature and perfect, in many places the practice has already gained a success, get the majority of the school teachers recognition.Evaluation of the development of thinking in the late1990s into mainland China, and the traditional teacher evaluation system compared to reward and punishment as the core, the traditional teacher evaluation system is can not adapt to the teaching and teacher development. The junior middle school stage is an intermediate stage, is also the student’s academic view, values, outlook on life of an important stage of the formation, the requirements of teachers’quality in higher. In the background of new curriculum reform, research and development teacher evaluation theory, practice and development evaluation of junior middle school, classroom teaching will have huge to promote action.In this paper the application of literature method, comparative method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, on the background of new curriculum reform, classroom teaching of junior middle school teachers’ development evaluation theory, content, method, implementation strategy undertook study, discussed make under the background of new curriculum in junior middle school classroom teachers’ development evaluation of the possibility and necessity, for junior middle school teachers’ teaching evaluation provides a feasible evaluation standard and evaluation system. And on this basis of developing teacher evaluation in the construction of the misunderstanding, and how in the junior middle school classroom teaching in the implementation of the developmental teachers’ evaluation strategy. At last this paper also explores the classroom teaching in the implementation of developing teacher evaluation reflection and prospect.
