Classroom Teaching Evaluation has always been recognized as one of the most important part of education teaching work. The malpractices of traditional classroom teaching evaluation is criticized by a large number of teachers and students since basic education curriculum reform had been carried out. The malpractices of traditional classroom teaching evaluation mainly present as the single evaluation subjects, unilateral evaluation contents which mainly appoint the scores of tests, simple evaluating methods which mainly appoint testing, the absence of the present of the students' subjectivity and the inaccurate value orientation of evaluation.The basic education curriculum reform started from the beginning of the 21st century is a complicated project concerning a series of supporting elements of comprehensive reform such as regenerating the mind of education, improving teaching method, curriculum changing, the reform of classroom teaching and the change in the evaluation mechanism in which to establish a scientific classroom teaching evaluation system is the point. Developmental classroom teaching evaluation which is based on the "development" concept proposed by new curriculum reform give certain developmental goals and developmental techniques and methods to make the value judgment of the teaching by the teachers and the learning by the students in the process of the classroom teaching. Therefore, classroom teaching evaluation should both emphasize the qualities of the teachers' teaching and the effects and qualities of the students' learning. Evaluation of the developmental focus on teaching students to evaluate the quality of the development process of interpretation so that students in the development of classroom teaching evaluation activities continue to know themselves, develop themselves and improve themselves. Developmental classroom teaching evaluation focus on the interpretation of the evaluation on the process of the students' qualities developing so as to make the students know themselves, develop themselves and improve themselves.With the survey of the current classroom teaching evaluation and its existing achievement, in this article we want to find out the problem of the current classroom teaching evaluation and its reason and attempt to put some renewal strategy. There are four parts in this paper. The first part, aim to acquaint the current situation of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation and the achievements and existing problems though the literature review; the second part, describe theories of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation in order to give the evaluation some scientific support and have a overall view of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation through a detailed interpretation of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation on theory including concepts, values, character, etc.; the third part, find out the current situation of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation by questionnaire surveying; the forth part, based on the results of the fourth part put forward the renewal strategy.
