In our country,the majority of compulsory education schools are in the countryside,and the quality of compulsory education in rural areas determines the overall level of the country.Teachers are related to the quality of education,good living and job security is the basis of their continuous improvement of personal quality,and continuously improve the quality of education in view of the reasons for this,we must do a good job of their security work.In recent years,the performance wage reform of compulsory education teachers has become an issue of concern to the people,some people in the industry have discussed,however,relevant studies only stay in a relatively shallow level,at this stage,the domestic about rural compulsory education teacher performance pay effective execution condition is still a lack of in-depth discussion,also does not have a theory perfect results.This paper studies the status of implementation of compulsory education teachers performance salary in Chengdu,points out the main problems,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the improvement of teachers' performance salary system in china.Including the following parts:first,the extensive collection of relevant information,analysis of domestic and foreign teachers in the implementation of performance related pay theory,summed up the main problems,and the specific methods and so on.Second,to explore the theory of compulsory education teacher performance pay under the premise of a rural middle school in Chengdu City,primary school education workers pay for performance as an example,using the sample data of the principle of search result analysis,at the same time on the optimized operation mode of rural education teacher performance pay is discussed,and hope to establish rural education teacher performance the new salary system.Comprehensive use of a variety of performance pay for the implementation of the assessment method,just,comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of performance pay so as to achieve a fair and impartial principleFinally,to further promote the Countermeasures of performance wage reform of rural compulsory education teachers in China,respectively,from the establishment of the financial district at all levels,input patterns of proportional share of the funds,to further improve the policy publicity and interpretation work,increase the financial transfer payment of backward areas of efforts to establish a unified performance salary standard,will be included in the civil service sequence of teachers the establishment of the teaching profession,in line with the characteristics of performance evaluation mechanism and so on.
