China’s Community Practice Based On Social Worker Division

To promote the construction of social work personnel, and gradually improve the context ofcommunity building and community service system in China, community social work personnel haveplayed a particularly important role in the process of practice, strengthen the construction of social workpersonnel, and enhance community serviceslevel has become a necessary measure of currentcommunity practice. Therefore, from the unique perspective of the social worker, community practice,and has some innovative suggestions and ideas for community development.Study using qualitative research methods, the study focused on community service staff to obtainprofessional qualifications of the social work division, to study their practice within the community, apreliminary understanding of the growth and services of the current parts of community social worker inBeijingconditions, including the object of its work, work, work and work results, and then come to thefindings on local practice and professional efforts, for further reference and professional research, whilefor the promotion of the Government of the local practiceresidents for the recognition of the social workprofession, and promote the construction of the community areas of professional social work personnelto speed up China’s community building and development is extremely important and far-reachingsignificance.After the study from the perspective of the social worker for the communities of practice thefollowing two aspects of the strategy recommendations, that is, on the one hand to strengthen thecommunity social work professionals in construction, intensify our efforts to further education, andimprove the incentive mechanism; the other hand,the social work profession in the field of communitypractice, mainly to clarify the point of view, intervention by the social work profession and promotecommunity participation as well as the aspects of quality of service assessment, and to accelerate thepromotion of the social work profession and the community local practice integration.
