With the reform of our social system, the traditional system of unit structure has gradually disappeared.It is replaced by a community of aggregates. The community is a new carrier which undertake social function and it has become a big society in miniature. In order to upgrade the level of community service and stimulate the modernization of government function transformation, the community requirements the introduction of professional social workers. At the same time, It will combining with community culture and play a professional social work method.In finally,we hope these masses to provide personalized service for the community.Professional social work team is an effective support of building a harmonious society.It is help for promote service-oriented society and figure an important guidist role.To the begin,It could speed up and improve the construction of excellent team and the service quality under the guidance of public service concept.On the second,it provide guarantee for social steady development. It will help to eliminate the various contradictions.The main content of this paper is that to sum up the problems in the process of social work talent cultivation from the community and provide reasonable solutions to these problems base on the example of Baojixiang community.The analysis of this paper is based on Xi’an BaoJiXiang community social organizations.This paper quate many examples to analysis the community staff construction of Xi’an community.It also using inductive and deductive analysis and combine with the practical problems of BaoJiXiang community.In the last to summed up the problems of Xi’an community and give some rational suggestions.
