The Pathes Of Constructing Rural Compulsory Education Resources Sharing In Nanchang County

In order to meet the demands of progress of modernization and push the progress of integration of urban and rural areas, rural areas in China are being constructed in full swing. The developing of rural is to improve not only the hardware facilities, but also the quality of rural population which only education can act in. But the difficulties of education’s development should be recognized which are caused by underdeveloped transport network, low degree of technology and economy, lack of fund. And the first difficulty we have to overcome is the lack of rural education resources. So how to deal with the problem becomes the focus of study by recent academia. Recently, the education resources are increasingly rich and the types of them become more and more multiple, but some types of the resources are not impossible to deliver by traditional means of transportation any more. The using of electronic platform to construct education resource sharing is one of the best methods to deal with the problem.Firstly, the paper summed up varieties of studies in education resources and education resources sharing, and then summarized the valuable experience of education resource construction. Secondly, through the research of rural compulsory education resources in county of Nanchang, the study summed up the problems of rural compulsory education resources in this area. Following the problems were the demands of constructing rural education resource. Then the paper took demands as basis to investigate the method of building rural compulsory education resources sharing system.Besides, in this study, the author put forward the details of building rural compulsory education resources sharing in Nanchang County, including its feasibility and content. Its feasibility refers to the principles and standardization of sharing. The content of resources sharing in Nanchang County is consisted of6parts, which are basic viewpoints, goals, frame, database, building platform of management and services, evaluation mechanisms of resources sharing system. At the end of the paper, the author prospected the development of the system.
