With the development of China’s economy into the fast lane,the community’s demand for talent is increasing,there are many problems related to present personnel training education in which teaching resources are unevenly distributed,seriously hindered the rural and remote areas of the students desire to get a good education.This paper takes L city to promote various measures of teaching resources flow as the research background,the flow of teaching resources and the sharing of the necessity and feasibility,the literature research,clarifies the main categories of domestic and foreign teaching resources,the quality of teaching resources in urban and rural areas shared meaning.Based on the related theory,study the relevant theoretical basis of sharing the teaching resources of high quality,combined with the practice experience,selects a representative study,by using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews,access to the relevant research data,through the data collation and summary,combined with the relevant the information obtained in the practice,the system summarizes the effective mechanism of high quality teaching resources sharing in urban and rural areas.In this paper,through a case study on the object of study,found that teachers in rural schools,get from working after learning opportunities and the city compared to the number of teachers,teaching resources if not very good flow,that rural teachers’ professional ability raise speed is relatively slow,rural children will not be able to get the latest study information,if things go on like this might be missing many learning resources,and lose a good education,and thus hinder the development of rural areas,affecting the development of the layout of the country.At the same time,the city school teachers,if not and the rural school teachers to form an exchange,interaction.So,along with our country city changes process step by step,along with the deepening of the reform of the household registration system,then,is located in the urban school teachers,if encounter in the future from the backward areas of students,will not adapt to the phenomenon,not prone to teach,teach bad feeling,influence the effect of classroom teaching.On the other hand,from the school level,if not to promote the professional development of teachers,the school’s competitiveness will decline,when the school teachers’ horizons are limited,the school development will stagnate,due to the narrow space and cannot obtain the development and progress.From the social level,the flow and sharing of teaching resources can promote the balanced development of education in the region,promote educational equity,and promote social progress.In summary,this paper from two aspects of theory and practice,using a variety of research methods,system analysis and summarizes the implementation strategy of high quality teaching resources sharing in urban and rural areas,through the analysis of the present situation of L education,the analysis of some areas and schools of L city teaching resources sharing practice results,summarize the measures of quality teaching and sharing the common way of resources.Establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism to measure the effect of the implementation of the mechanism,the implementation of the strategy of teaching resources sharing in urban and rural areas is studied.
