At present,there are still many problems with the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources in China.There are some universal phenomenon in rural schools,such as the shortage of teachers,not enough and not good classes,the obvious gap of teaching resources with urban schools,which seriously restrict the balanced development of compulsory education and hinder the realization of educational fairness in our country.It is an effective way to solve the imbalance of the allocation of compulsory education resources in our country by means of information technology to promote the sharing of high quality compulsory education resources.Taking Xian'an district as an example,through questionnaire investigation and interview,the author investigates the current situation of compulsory education resource sharing through the construction of Xian'an Digital School in Xian'an district,in order to seek the strategy of improving the practice effect of compulsory education resource sharing.First of all,the author describes the main problems faced by the allocation of compulsory education resources in Xian'an district and the construction concept of Xian'an Digital School.At rural schools in Xian'an district,the lack of teachers leads to not enough and not good classes phenomenon generally exist and lack of teaching resources make teaching form single.In view of these problems,Xian'an Digital School improves the teaching environment of rural schools through the construction of information infrastructure,transport urban schools' quality teacher resources to rural schools through the establishment of synchronous interaction hybrid classroom and synchronous interaction special delivery classroom,make teachers in Xian'an district share high quality digital teaching resources,and improve teaching quality by constructing teaching resources database?Secondly,the author investigates and analyzes the present situation of compulsory education resources sharing in Xian'an district,from the aspect of information infrastructure construction,useing synchronous classroom to share teacher resources,teachers' satisfaction with digital teaching resources and their participation in the sharing of educational resources.Through the investigation,the author finds that Xian'an district has achieved certain results in the practice of sharing compulsory education resources,which are mainly reflected in four aspects.First,the problems of not enough and not good classes in rural schools are effectively solved.Second,the students' interest in learning have been improved at urban school and rural schools.Third,the teaching quality in rural schools has been improved.Fourth,teachers' information-based teaching ability has been improved.There are also some problems with the practice of sharing compulsory education resources in Xian'an district,which are mainly reflected in four aspects.First,in the synchronous classroom,problems in teaching equipment are difficult to be solved in time in rural schools.Second,the teaching experience of the teachers in the synchronous central school need to promote.Third,the teaching resources in the resource bank can't fully meet the teachers' teaching needs.Fourth,it is a failure to fully mobilize teachers' enthusiasm to participate in educational resource sharing.Finally,combined with the investigation of current situation and the analysis of problems,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of sharing compulsory education resources in Xian'an district.It includes five aspects.First,regular personnel should be sent to maintain the synchronous classroom teaching equipment in rural schools,and solve the problems in time.Second,the communication between the teachers of urban schools and the teachers of rural schools should be strengthened,and the experience of synchronous classroom teaching of the teachers in urban school should be improved.Third,the government should increase capital investment to enrich the quality teaching resources types in teaching resources bank.Fourth,select excellent teachers to prepare lessons collectively and unify the construction of teaching resources.Fifth,improve the incentive mechanism and encourage more teachers to participate in the sharing of educational resources.
