The Party and the State have always attached great importance to the development of old-age education.Since the new era,the education for the elderly has made great progress. However, new problems in the education of the elderly have also emerged. The total amount of urban old-age education resources is insufficient, and the development of rural old-age education is slow.Rural old-age education resources need to be developed urgently, and the gap between urban and rural elderly education development is large. The old-age education resources are shared by urban and rural areas, the total amount of urban old-age education resources will be broadened, the rural old-age education resources will be revitalized, the development of urban and rural old-age education will be coordinated, and the gap between urban and rural old-age education will be narrowed. In this study, some elderly people from three cities and villages in Fuzhou,Nanjing, and Huai'an were selected as survey objects.Through questionnaires and field interviews,a comprehensive survey and analysis of urban and rural elderly education in these three regions was conducted. It is a basic situation and existing problem that reflects the urban-rural sharing of China's old-age education resources through these three regions, and provides reference for promoting the urban-rural sharing of China's old-age education resources.According to the survey, the total amount of resources for the elderly education in China is very scarce.Whether it is urban or rural, the existing resources for the elderly education can not meet the needs of the elderly for education. The awareness of urban and rural aged education resources sharing is not strong, the scope of urban and rural aged education resources sharing is limited, and the mechanism for sharing urban and rural aged education resources has not yet been formed. The reasons are as follows: the social understanding of urban and rural old-age education resources sharing is not enough, the total amount of old-age education resources is insufficient, the urban-rural differencesare large, the government pays less attention to the education of the elderly, and the limited resources for the elderly education are still unreasonable. The phenomenon of different management systems hinders the sharing of resources for the elderly in urban and rural areas, and the resources supported by modern educational technology are difficult to enjoy in rural areas.Based on the above analysis, this study believes that the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources has its practical feasibility and necessity. The Rural Revitalization Strategy provides the possibility of sharing urban and rural resources for the elderly;the "Elderly Education Development Plan" lays a policy foundation for the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources;the network resources provide a broad space for the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources; The region is rich in material resources, human resources and cultural resources.By tapping rural education resources,it can not only enrich the resources of urban old-age education, but also promote the development of rural old-age education and realize a beautiful blueprint for urban development and shared development. In order to realize the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources,we must first increase the development of urban and rural aged education resources. In fact,we must strengthen the society's understanding of the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources, and secondly, improve the government's emphasis on education. The resource market adjustment mechanism is also to build a bridge for the smooth sharing of urban and rural aged education resources. Finally,it is to strengthen the modern technology education for the elderly in rural areas and provide necessary technical support for the sharing of urban and rural aged education resources.
