Atpresent our country high school in new course starting stage, each of school-basedteaching research invested the huge enthusiasm and energy,however, teachersparticipate in the school-based research enthusiasm continue to decline; school-basedteaching and research subjects gradually reduced; research process, research resultswere exaggerated and so on school-based research problem leads to a series ofschool-based education research management problems caused by us pay attention to.The study uses literature method, action research method, questionnaire method,interview, observation method, through theinvestigation and sample school-GuiyangA in school-based teaching and research management of the status quo, it reveals theschool-based teaching and research management in the organization design,management system, incentive mechanism and teaching team construction and otherissues and the reason analysis, and puts forward four countermeasures: comprehensivepopularization" research Xing school" concept, lay the school-based teaching researchmanagement and effective operation of the ideological foundation and optimization oforganization structure of reasonable support design organization; fully understand thevalue of school-based teaching research system, perfect management system andstrengthen the system execution as the perfect management system strategy; perfect thesystem of evaluation and the construction of teachers’ incentive mechanism suitable toenrich and perfect management system strategy; development of science teachertraining program, strengthen teaching research-introduction of professional guidance,constructs the research community in improving teachers’ teaching level strategies ofinterpretation. In order to give the region educational administrative departments, schools, teachers in school-based management to provide some reasonable suggestions,so as to facilitate the education workers face the current situation, analysis the existingschool-based management strategy and step by step, be handled correctly and solve inschool-based teaching and research management in the main contradiction anddifficulty, for the region the healthy development of the school-based teaching andresearch.
