In modern times, the rapid development of science and technology promotes the globalization of economy and culture, education has also gradually moved towards globalization. In the process of educational globalization, the issue of democratic education is increasingly concerned, and the thoughts of inclusive education that generated in the1990s just came into being in this context. So Inclusive Education, which advocates that everyone should be equal to access to the high-quality education that suits for their unique needs, reflects the needs of the times and the direction of contemporary education.As a country with diverse cultural backgrounds, Australia has always been advocated the concept of equal educational opportunities, emphasized on improving the students’awareness and developing the democratic education. In the process of educational democratization, Australia also actively promotes inclusive education, does a lot of theoretical and practical studies, and has achieved fruitful results. China also supports this concept, and experimented the Learning in Regular Classroom in the1980s, now has made great achievements, but there are still many issues to be discussed and resolved. The paper will commence the study on IE practice in Australia with the purpose to provide some inspiration and the experience for us.The thesis covers four parts:First, the introduction explains the origins and significance, research situation analysis and research programs of the study; the first chapter introduces the basic concept of IE in Australia, the international and domestic context that IE carried out in Australia, and also about its history towards IE; as the subject, the second chapter analyzes the Australian practice, including macroeconomic policies and specific measures; and the third chapter summarizes the enlightenment and the experience provided by Australia through comparative analysis.
