Zhu Xi and Lu Jiuyuan are in the same age. They were both the educators in Song Dynasty. They had already belong to different educational schools of thought at that time, between each also have a perspective on the identification and argument. Zhu Xi’s being attentive and hold annals, step by step, read and think, modesty, cut into connotation, that has forced reading method based on his "Restoration of nature" theory of educational goals. Lu Jiuyuan advocated the "mind" in the education, under the guidance of the thought, he put forward a simple Kung Fu, self-reliance, mentorship and counseling, debate criticism, step by step, read and think, benedict practice and learning method. We can find by comparison, educators of the two point of view is different also, in a sense, it shows the two perspectives and limitations that can draw lessons from. This paper aims to discuss Zhu Xi and Lu Jiuyuan’s reading method in middle school Chinese Education Enlightenment significance. Today’s Chinese education tend to focus only on the impartation of knowledge, and to foster students’ study methods are lack of concern. In the education environment to show the educator system method of reading for Chinese education mining a new road, is also a should have guide have been ignored the only way which must be passed. By comparison, more objective evaluation of the educators of the two ideas, learn from their sound and feasible method from three aspects about them for today’s education, hoping to make our Chinese education can be more meaningful to students’ development, also more helpful.
