The factors in time-wasting, low-efficiency English teaching in high school hamper students at all levels to improve their English. As for the high school students, although they have learned English for a few years, mastered a certain vocabulary and understood some basic syntactic structures, students in many aspects objectively differ greatly in levels. Now the knowledge in new high school English textbook is larger in capacity, more difficult in contents and has characteristics of times. In order to carry out the principle of teaching according to the students’ ability, enhance the teaching efficiency, enable students to get fully developed and realize education fairness, teachers are supposed to employ lamination teaching under the framework of the classroom-based teaching organization form.The thesis takes XiangYue Middle School as the experimental school and the research object is focused on classroom-based English Writing lamination teaching of96students in Class34and Class36in Grade Three. Varieties of research methods such as survey, comparison, summarizing are used in this research to ensure its reliability and validity.This thesis is expected to provide source material for further study of lamination teaching with the help of the first-hand data, the valuable summary of the practice. With the analysis of the existing problems on English writing, the Hierarchical Teaching method is put forward in English writing according to the theory of Hierarchical Teaching Method and conditions in attempts to make different levels of students for improving their writing abilities.After the experiment, its result shows that the pedagogy can improve students’English studying conditions, heighten their interest in English and develop their English abilities. At the same time, based on the comprehensive analysis of the current educational evaluation system and limitations of teaching organization form, it is aimed at removing the existing obstacles of lamination teaching and places emphasis on forming new teaching model, reforming classroom management, renewing teacher’s conception. This thesis was guided by human-centered teaching concept benefits us with effective strategies for lamination teaching, strengthening teaching research and learning methods, integrating information technology and lamination teaching are strategies to assure well-organized and high-efficiency lamination teaching. These research achievements will hopefully lend some theoretical reference to the new curricular reforms being carried out in senior middle schools.
