Education is the first priority of a nation.The quality-oriented education under the new curriculum concept should face all students and pay attention to their all-round development.The "3+3" mode of the new college entrance examination reform also gives students full autonomy to choose.Under the background of the new era,education pays more attention to the individual differences and subjectivity of students.The Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching is the organic combination of "hierarchical teaching" and "lesson selection and classroom teaching".It is the teaching mode for students to choose hierarchical subject levels independently according to their own conditions,and it is the concrete embodiment of the education philosophy of the new era.In recent years,hierarchical and class selection teaching has been gradually recognized and accepted,and some regions have started the practice of hierarchical and class selection teaching.However,at present,most of the research on hierarchical and class teaching is still in the theoretical stage,and there are few studies on teaching practice and practical problems.The teaching objective of hierarchical and class teaching is to match the hierarchy of students with the hierarchy of courses so that each student can get the appropriate teaching content.In order to implement the teaching effect of hierarchical and class teaching and give full play to the advantages of hierarchical and class teaching,the hierarchy of students is a key problem.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hierarchical strategy of effectively dealing with hierarchy of students and hierarchy of courses.Hierarchy of students and hierarchy of courses are important parts of hierarchical and class selection teaching,which influence and restrict each other.The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze and try to solve these problems.In this thesis,Xianning Experimental Foreign Languages School as the carrier,to participate in the hierarchical and class teaching of students as the research object.By tracking the differences and changes in the teaching situation of schools under different hierarchical strategies in three consecutive semesters,the following research conclusions and Suggestions are obtained:1.The hierarchical level is conducive to improving the hierarchical teaching performance based on the difference of students',scores in the course.2.Studied the management mechanism and condition guarantee requirements corresponding to hierarchical and class teaching,and obtained the influence of environmental conditions on the hierarchical and class teaching.3.Summarize the experience of teaching reform in school:first,consider whether students' learning situation is suitable for hierarchical and class teaching;The second is to consider whether the school meets the basic environmental conditions required by hierarchical and class teaching and whether it can realize adjustment and improvement in the later period to ensure the benign development of hierarchical and class teaching.Of course,the situation of students and courses in each school is different.Although the experience obtained from the teaching practice of hierarchical and class teaching in other schools cannot be copied completely,it can provide some reference and experience for solving the problem of hierarchical teaching or applying the idea of hierarchy in educational practice.The teaching reform of Xianning Experimental Foreign Languages Schools has no reference,and dealing with hierarchical problem is to across the river by feeling for stones.The teaching practice of two different hierarchical strategies is not comprehensive enough,but it provides a lot of materials for studying and solving the hierarchical problem.It is hoped that through the study of the hierarchical problem and the processing strategy,readers will have a more systematic and objective understanding of hierarchical and class teaching.
