As a actor who living in the cultural space, especially to be a student who still in the campus environment, there will be a strong shock in its process of growth. Therefore, it’s very important to actor’s consciousness of culture. First, you must understand your environment, then forming and holding a cultural norms or cultural value pursuit consciously, reflecting your culture consciously, and accomplishing this dynamic process of culture generated by the main body consciousness and practice activities. Only in this way, the actor who in the campus environment can stand in the multicultural tide solidly, and to build a campus network culture with thoughtful, connotation and characteristic.In addition, from the situation of the campus net’s construction, with the popularization of the information education, people’s attention be paid to the technology development and use more and more, and ignore the all-round development of culture, education and human, thus lead to the neglect of people, spirit of cultural criticism and cultural creativity attenuation loss easily. Therefore, in the process of campus network’s construction, we must to capture its soul, namely the campus culture connotation, and make the view of education return to the culture, to realized the development between culture and human.Based on the above considerations, this study from the "cultural consciousness" set out, elaborated the basic theory, and its importance in the construction of campus culture. In the campus network culture’s construction, cultural consciousness should be a value choice of campus network and a value orientation of campus, it’s a subject consciousness and psychology in the process of cultural reflection, cultural innovation and the cultural practice, it is a actor’s cultural consciousness. Then, make a detailed analysis of the campus network culture from the culture’s formation and factors, to clarify the cultural environment, to "self-knowledge", understand its origin, formation process, the characteristic and its development trend.
