Local textbook construction is not only an important part of the teaching material construction of fundmental education, but also an important part of. basic education reform.It has an important role for the strengthening of patriotism education, inheriting with and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture, promoting the local economic construction, training students’practice ability and so on..Our country’s local teaching material has over one hundred years’history. Since the beginning of reform and opening up policy, our country pay much attention to local textbook construction again along with the development of education reform and further development of education. All over the country develop various local textbooks gradually, china’s local textbooks construction has achieved rapid development.This period,this article do some exploration and research that about development history,experience, shortage and revelation through the method of historical research, text analysis and so on from the macro and micro level.This paper will be divided into three chapters:The first chapter of "introduction", state the reason for the subject and the significance, review of existing research, to define the main concept, introduce the research methods, difficulty and innovation pointsThe second chapter is" development course combing and Stage characteristics of China local textbook since reform and opening up ", I will comb development and construction status of China local textbook since reform and opening up from the macroscopic, take the development of our country rural textbooks divided into three stages that namely recovery and reforming stage (1978-1984), the fast development stage (1985-1998) and the stage of exploration and update (1999-present) according to the teaching material system evolution,the education policy and so on.Each stage spread from local textbook construction background, development situation.I analysed and summarized stage characteristic from the textbook.The third chapter is" reflection of China local textbook construction since reform and opening up".I summarize experience and shortcomings of China local textbook constructionsince reform and opening up and present some thinking of he construction of local textbooks.
