Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the quality of the history education in the middle school should be continuously improved and promoted,which will inevitably put forward higher demands on teachers and students.Teachers should have the level of teaching and the students should learn more effectively.In recent years,as an important part of history teaching in middle school,rural history education has been continuously improved,in which the scope of application is more extensive.However,in the actual middle school history education,the use of teachers for the education of local history is not extensive and efficient,especially in some areas where education is not well developed,the teaching of rural history is actually ignored.This essay is based on the premise of the study and is divided into four parts.The first part induces the development of local history education.The second part illustrates the history of Hanzhong rural history education in detail.The third part analyzes the reality of the development of local history education and local history resources in Hanzhong area using the Song Dynasty Shu Road as an example,and the fourth part is about the further development of local history education and the development of local history resources in Hanzhong area.It gives some suggestions to promote the development of historical curriculum reform,to achieve secondary school history education goals.Through the investigation of the status quo of local history education in Hanzhong area and the development and utilization of local history resources in Hanzhong area,the author finds that the development of local local history is not ideal.Students mainly learn the history from lesson and are less familiar with local history.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of local history resources in Hanzhong area and the use of high school history classroom.It is promising that the practical research in the essay can provide ideas for further changing teachers' teaching methods and stimulating students interest in learning and understanding the history of hometown.
