Compared with other subjects of middle school, the intellectual and moral education double task which the ideological and political lesson undertook was the most notable feature. Under the circumstance of the new curriculum reform, continue to coordinate and promote the intellectual and moral education objectives of ideological and political lesson is the eternal theme of the new curriculum reform, and the historic mission each political teachers must bear.At present, the Teaching Concept of teacher was backward, students study subjectivity consciousness is not strong, the political class cultural environment is failed, the classroom teaching information circulation channel is single, the main body of the teaching evaluation and the way, the content are not scientific, these problems have a bad affect to the effective spreading scientific knowledge, and interfere with the students’innovation spirit and practice ability of the students. Therefore, in the background of the new curriculum reform, putting forward the "political ecological class" core concept and attempt to realize "new class" construction have both the necessity of reality, and also has feasibility. On one hand, open up the more broad world for the foundation education curriculum reform theory and practice, on the other hand, and further optimization of the ideological and political class environment, promote the political lesson teaching effect higher.Ecological class is not only the culture of the spread of knowledge class, also is the life wisdom show class; it is the competition and cooperation of classroom, also the dialogue and emotional communication classroom between teachers and students; and it is the comprehensive development of students and the individuality development classroom, also the students and teachers both growth and progress of classroom. Therefore, in order to achieve such a nice vision, the teacher should take student as basis, and continuously improve ecological teaching values, but as the student should be active learning, constantly strengthens the ecological learning concept. In addition, in the teaching process, one is to increase the multidimensional interaction, trying to create the good ecological environment harmonious class; the second is to keep the teaching information dynamic generation, and broaden the channels of information ecology; the third is actively to cultivate the teaching evaluation of ecological concept, and through the evaluation of the main body, the diversification of appraisal method, and the evaluation of the diversity of the content, to sustain the teaching effect of sustainability.
