The21st century is the era of rapid scientific and technological knowledge. With the expansion of scientific knowledge dissemination and application of resources and power of the human civilization, the world is facing opportunities and new challenges in science and technology development. The quality of science education at present will determine the scientific literacy of all citizens of the future, so the concern of primary science education has important practical significance. This article is based on the latest scientific and educational theory and constructivism as whose main line. It discusses the nature of science, using active participatory learning method. The aim of the article is to explore the method and the skill for the teachers to teach efficiently the science. The article uses a large number of classroom examples to illustrate how to train in teaching science process skills of children, primary school science education classroom teaching theory, classroom teaching methods, organization of extra-curricular activities, teaching assessment, teaching and learning environment design and the status of teachers in primary science teaching, elementary school science education and the integration of other disciplines as well as computers and other multimedia techniques in science education in primary schools. This study used a questionnaire sample survey, interviews, etc. Science teacher of60questionnaires were issued in eight of the local primary school students about400.52teacher questionnaires and student questionnaires of361copies were received. According to the actual situation of Xinyu, the explorer selected a representative of the four urban primary schools and four township schools.The paper is divided into four parts. In the first part the reason that the author chose the topic were introduced and the significance of the study were stated and the current domestic and international primary school science education present situation as well. Professional level of the second part of the status of science education from primary school, primary school science teachers, elementary school science teachers’ understanding of their own professional development, the problems faced by the primary school science teacher, measures several aspects of school administration to promote the status quo of the primary school of scientific disciplines are described. Meanwhile, in order to better understand the professional development status of primary school science teacher, the author also investigated the positioning of teachers of vocational and professional development vision. Classroom examples illustrate how to train children in the teaching of science process skills, and elementary school science education classroom teaching theory, classroom teaching methods, organization of extra-curricular activities, teaching evaluation, teaching and learning environment design and the status of teachers in primary school science teaching primary science education and the integration of other disciplines as well as computer and multimedia techniques in science education in primary schools and other issues. The third part of the author from the perspective of the students’interest in learning, the satisfaction level of students’textbooks and teachers, and students ’extracurricular practice, try to construct the elementary school science teachers’ professional development environment, to sketch the picture of primary science education development. The fourth part mainly states how to improve countermeasures to improve elementary school science education to explore, on the basis of recommendations from multiple perspectives, to promote the educational development of elementary school science disciplines. Accordingly, some countermeasures and suggestions from the changing concepts, based on the theory of science education, to construct the main line of constructivism and the use of participatory learning initiative to strengthen teacher training and the application of appropriate teaching methods.
