People need more innovation, and innovation needs creative personnel. Innovative talents are information professionals and the training of information personnel needs education in innovation. Innovative education should cultivate information man the ability to interpret and sum up information, and need information man with ability to integrate information and resources. Under the screening of background information, integrate things that are the creation of new information. This is innovation, and innovation is re-integration of information. The integration of information is symbolization of practice innovation. Innovative education is a course which can improve the information quality of information man. Innovative education is to cultivate information man.
