Research On The Construction Of Innovative City In Shaoshan

With China's economic development entering the new normal,cities are moving forward from the incremental development stage to the qualitative development stage,which also creates opportunities for the China's innovative city construction practice.The innovative city construction of China began in Shenzhen,China has established a number of innovative city clusters with international influence for more than a decade.But in order to realize the grand blueprint of an innovative country,We cannot simply rely on developed cities,we also need China's vast economic hinterland.so in 2018 our country launched the first batch of innovative construction of the county(city).All regions responded positively and invested in the application and practice of innovative counties(cities).In recent years,the comprehensive economic strength of Shaoshan city has been significantly enhanced,and the innovation capacity of the city has been continuously improved.At the same time,the strategy of Changsha metropolitan area also provides a good external development opportunity for Shaoshan innovative city construction.In the process of constructing an innovative city,how to understand the overall level of the city's innovative development according to the reality of Shaoshan is the urgent task of the construction of an innovative city in Shaoshan.Based on the review and summary of relevant studies on innovation-oriented cities,this paper makes a qualitative analysis including present situation,advantages and disadvantages of Shaoshan,and then,by referring to relevant research results of domestic innovation-oriented city evaluation index system,constructing an innovation-oriented city construction evaluation index system based on county space.Based on the relevant data of Shaoshan from 2013 to 2017,the scores of three dimensions in the construction of Shaoshan innovative city and the main index factors influencing the development of Shaoshan innovative city are obtained by using entropy-weight TOPSIS Model and obstacle model.The comprehensive analysis of the construction of Shaoshan and some innovative counties and cities in the innovative city is carried out by using the grey correlation analysis method Combined score.Based on the analysis of vertical and horizontal dimensions,this paper summarizes the existing problems of Shaoshan in the three aspects of innovation platform,innovation industry and innovation environment,and puts forward suggestions on improving the construction of innovation development platform,encouraging the innovation development of pillar industries and accelerating the cultivation of innovation environment in the whole society And the so-called "Shaoshan path" innovation and development path model in view of the construction of Shaoshan innovation city and the actual situation of Shaoshan...
