To establish and perfect the moral education in the secondary vocational school moral education program in China "is the mechanism of medium occupation schools(revised in 2014)"is one of the important characteristics of moral education in the secondary vocational school is an important embodiment of Practicing Socialist Core values.This paper takes Guangxi industry Technician College(January 2017 officially changed its name to the Guangxi Institute of Industrial Engineers)and the infiltration of moral education class in which I worked as an example,the basic situation of the school students moral education survey,challenge and difficulty to study the new situation of school moral education facing the school moral education deepening analysis;the problems of reform,construction of secondary vocational school moral education infiltration system,so as to change the mode of school moral education,enrich the contents of moral education,moral education innovation form.Based on analyzing the causes of the problem,according to the work practice,to explore the feasibility of the moral education infiltration path:"school enterprise to carry out moral education" and "the construction of moral education system",and implement the" full participation ","all-round development"policy,the whole process of vocational education moral education to students.To continue to strengthen the ideal faith education,China spirit education,artisan spirit,moral character education,legal knowledge education,occupation career education,mental health education and current policy education organically,and strive to cultivate students with good moral quality and civilized behavior,patriotic love for the party and have dreams,law-abiding,dedication,honest and friendly,with a sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability of high-quality workers and high skilled talents.The effective operation of moral education infiltration system should grasp the following key points:First,the combination of school and enterprise,the combination of teaching and management,full penetration,at any time on the ground through a specific task as a carrier,so that students imperceptibly get moral education.Second,the staff to play a leading role,full participation,to adhere to work,teacher,set an example,step by step to guide the students to strengthen moral education quality.Third,the home school unity,strengthen exchanges between parents and the school,improve the level of moral education of parents,the formation of moral education,both hands,both hands must be hard.Fourth,pay attention to communication with the community,make full use of various means of information to carry out moral education,occupation of the new position of moral education.With the social development change rapidly,especially the Internet era coming round,whether it is the reality of social or virtual society is more complex,has brought profound influence to the life style of vocational students in learning and the way of thinking.The variation in the moral education environment and education object,the education community has the responsibility to change the situation and make appropriate decisions,and put forward the improvement measures according to local conditions to improve the moral education system,cultivating more qualified personnel.
