Nearly Ten Years In Shaanxi Province Level Of Urban And Rural Areas As A Whole

China’s socialist modernization construction must be relationship with the development of urban and rural harmonious, Shan-xi as one of the most important western development province, since the great west development, has made great development though social life level construction, infrastructure construction and ecological environment construction, but it also has serious urban and rural differentiation.There are still much improvement space in urban and rural development, social security, population and employment, industrial structure adjustment and distribution and ecological environment construction. Therefore, the author selected shan-xi province as the research object, and then do the research by factor analysis.Based on the achievement of research in the urban and rural harmonious development of shan-xi province at home and abroad, relying on the social mobility and the dual economic structure theory, the author construct the index evaluation analysis model.At the same time,the author select25index,including the economic development, infrastructure construction, social life level and the ecological environment construction.With the aid of statistical analysis software SPSS19.0,the author analyzed the problems and difficulties in shan-xi province of urban and rural harmonious development and put forward some reference.Currently, in shan-xi province the rural economic development is slow,and agricultural products rise less profitable space;there are still bigger difference in the social security coverage between urban and rural areas;Urban and rural infrastructure construction gap have not been well improve;Urban and rural ecological environment problems in shan-xi is still a difficult problem,such as traffic, postal, water and electricity, schools, hospitals and cultural sites.In order to narrow the gap between the urban and rural, shan-xi province should speed up the development of rural construction,promote the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure,increasing the farmers’income to promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas,promote the rational flow of urban and rural resources;pay attention to the infrastructure construction between urban and rural;strengthen the contact dynamics of urban and rural;improve urbanization rate and combining with the construction of small towns based on promoting urban and rural employment.Through these ways,shan-xi province can promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas.
