In recent years, the balanced development of China’s urban and rural compulsory educationhas become the hot issues of common concern in the government, experts, academics andcommunity Shanxi. This year, although the financing of compulsory education in Shanxi Provincewas growing year by year trend, teachers and school conditions has also been greatly improved,Shanxi is our country of economically underdeveloped provinces, the development of education isrelatively backward, and because the impact of the urban-rural dual economic structure, the ShanxiProvince, the urban and rural compulsory education balanced situation. Education balanced exactlywhat; currently the China compulsory in what situation; the Shanxi compulsory what; compulsoryeducation gap between urban and rural areas in terms of how; Education uneven degree of whatmore serious problems, people do not have a precise understanding of this.Therefore, the public,relevant government departments and educational decision-making departments need a quantitativemeasurement tool to measure the uneven condition of education, to measure the degree of uneveneducation. In this real case, the index system of compulsory education in building is particularlyimportant to provide a scientific basis for us to understand and solve the education equalizationproblems, reduced the level of compulsory education in both urban and rural areas to provide anexact indicators and data.Theory, this paper, education balanced home and abroad evaluation based on questionnairesand interviews analyzed the current situation and the reasons for compulsory education evaluationindex system, combined with the reality of Shanxi Province, on this basis, the use of analyticHierarchy Process to build the framework of compulsory education evaluation index system, basedon all levels of indicators to determine its weight, draw the basic model of the Shanxi Provincecompulsory education evaluation index system, the derived index system applied to the analysisof the status quo in Shanxi Province, more reasonable to evaluate its imbalances reality reference tonarrow the gap between urban and rural compulsory education.
